Bug type: Monster
Brief bug summary: A few monsters in the game have broken hitboxes, meaning that they cannot be damaged while performing certain animations (excluding death and certain teleports).

This is a followup to
these two threads. The monsters in question include but are not limited to the following:
1. Mori Ranmaru: Hard / Madman (at the beginning and end of his fox chargeup attack)
2. Frenzied Gigatoad (when bound / flinching)
3. Chief Priest (when using his stop / hand grab attack. Also when he uses his screen crack attack, but this may be intentional).
4. Mikagami (at the end of her bubble projectile attack).
5. Oura Shogun's and Princess No's Summoned Eels (when frozen / flinching)
6. Oura Shogun (when bound / flinching. Also when he slams his spear into the ground, but I couldn't get footage of that.)
7. Wolf (when frozen / flinching; not very noticeable but its HP bar disappears in the video)
8. Wild Wolfling (when frozen / flinching; not very noticeable but its HP bar disappears in the video)
9. Kobold Slicer (briefly while standing and attacking)
10. Kobold Poker (briefly while standing and attacking)
11. Kobold Shooter (briefly while attacking)
12. Yakuza Boss (when using his heal animation)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Attack any of the above monsters while they perform the above animations. Note that your attacks will not deal damage, as if the monster does not exist.
Character name: GreenGales (+ many others)
Character level: 264 (but occurs at various levels)
Character job: Wind Archer (but occurs with other jobs)
World name: Bera (applies to any world though)
Date and time of the incident: March 30, 2020 at 9:00 PM EST (but for months / years prior to that as well)
