Well, at normal grinding my attack range seems to be good enough, but I dont think I'm ready yet for bosses like Will, Lucid, Black Mage, Chaos Vellum, and so on.

Can anyone please explain what attack range is recommended / minimum required, for these bosses?

Normal Will
Hard Will
Normal Lucid
Hard Lucid
Black Mage
Chosen Seren
Verus Hilla
Lotus
Damien

Other than that, I'd like to know where is recommended to level up for my level. I've been at chu chu island, is that best for my level? I'm 215, if that helps.
Is there a better place to level up at, other than Chu Chu Island, for my level? (Level 215)
Thanks!

Being ready for bossing is more complex than just having range. You also want to focus on things like, Critical Rate, Critical Damage, Ignore Enemy Defense, Boss Damage and other things like skill.
My advice is to look at the bossing menu in-game and find which bosses you struggle with but can still clear. Aim for the next boss in that tier or the tier above it.
If you can solo a boss, then you should be safe to join a party for a boss in the tier above or even two tiers above.

As for grinding I highly suggest you use the built-in battle tracker. Test a map for 6 minutes and record the rates you got there.
Then test other maps to see if they are better or worse. For these tests you should be avoiding runes or burning zones that are vastly different.
