[Regal Golden Headband] - Hairstyle Flattening

Bug type: Equipment Item - Hairstyle bug

Brief bug summary: When a character equips the Regal Golden Headband item, the hairstyle of the character is "flattened". This is not in line with other Headband style items worn in the hat slot.

From left to right:

- With Gale Hairstyle (Black)
- With Dual Blade Hairstyle (Brown)
- With Flattened Dual Blade Hairstyle (Brown) - Currently this reflects how the item shows in-game

An additional note is that all official Dual Blade artwork depicting the Regal Golden Headband actually shows it appearing underneath the hair and not sitting on top of or over the hair:

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Log into a character using any hairstyle.
Step 2: Equip the Regal Golden Headband

Result - Hairstyle is flattened upon equipping the item which is unintended behaviour.
