No droplet and nodestone after Hwill clear

Just did a Hwill run with my friends and the drops are significantly less than what it normally looks. I understand there's a boss rewards revamp but I can't seem to find anything mentioning removal of the droplet and node stone.

Please see picture attached below. Is this normal from now on or just a bug?
