How do I realistically distribute the terra burns?

The way how terrra burn is being distributed is very confusing to me and I want to make sure there is no miscommunication.

So end result I want 2 terra burn non explorer in main world 200 and 210. One terra burn explorer to 220 in burning world so i can also get the burning step up reward.

how do I got about doing this?

create a terra burn in burning? or do I have to grab it from the reward?

    You should tera burn in the main world since you need 2 and grab the reward for the burning world. Also make sure to create the tera burn character first, because if you use the coupon from the reward first it won’t let you make a tera burn character
