Blaze Wizard's Missing Animation Cancel

GMS Blaze Wizard has had an animation cancel on their teleport skill, both for its placement and when you teleport to it as well, and in the Destiny Update it is missing. This really helps them out to be more enjoyable to play for mobbing and bossing.
(KMS Blaze Wizard does not have an animation cancel, this was a GMS Blaze Wizard exclusive addition since the skill released.)
