Issue with buying pots low lvl, rip 5mil

Bought some pots on my new thunder breaker from the first shop you run into but when I went to buy 5000 pots it came up with an error saying I couldn't buy that many at 1 time just put a lower number (3000) but it took my mesos regardless, didn't give me any pots and with the 1 mil spending limit on characters lower than lvl 15 now I can't buy I'm guessing till I level up or wait till tomorrow which isn't an issue just wasn't sure if this was suppose to happen.
