We're getting closer to the V update and I think it's about time that these buffs could stack with each other. It only adds an additional 20 wep/mag attack and useless accuracy/avoid, considering both skills are maxed at 20/30.

    It's just a small buff of 20 attack, but really helps out new players leveling up when they just start the game!

    Yes, because "new players" have both a high-level Cygnus and non-Cygnus on their account...

    Yes, because "new players" have both a high-level Cygnus and non-Cygnus on their account...
    It would give them the oppurtunity to level faster. When you start of a char and make a KOC level 50 and a other char 50 as well. you get 10 att + 5 att is 15 att buff to any other char on the account. This are very easy realistic on low side levels to achieve. Giving already an extra 5 att. If you manage to level them further this will slowly expand to the max of 20 att buff.

    So yes new players benefit from it when starting their new account our only played main characters so far and now wanna level up link skills!

    New players aren't going to know about that right off the bat, nor how it works. The only way a new player will, honestly, ever take note of those two passives is if/when they make a new character for whatever reason and are poking around in their skill window for, again, whatever reason.

    I don't really see why they shouldn't stack at this point. When the skills were created they were far more impactful than they are now, so it made sense to not let them stack.
