Game Freezes After Familiar Extraction

I'm currently farming familiars, but every time I go to extract the familiars, the game freezes once the extraction is complete. Sometimes it takes under a minute, sometimes it's closer to 5 min. Either way, I can't exit out of the game in that time even with ALT+Tab , ALT+Esc , or even the Windows key.
