When Extracting Familiar Points from Familiars, not only is there about a 3 second long freeze before the window showing how much familiar points were earned, but most importantly there's a HUGE 30+ second freeze every single time when tabbing out of the Familiar window, either clicking somewhere else on Familiars, or trying to close it. To the point where MS literally stops responding every time.
