Lara cannot use Dragon Vein Skills on Oz 48f

Title, Lara is unable to use any of her Dragon Vein skills on 48f of Oz. Lara is able to use her non-mobility Dragon Vein skills on other jump quest/monster kill hybrid floors such as 19f but is unable to do so at 48f. In other Maplestory versions Lara is able to so I am curious if this is a bug.
