Issue with Intro to Home Decor Event

I was trying to complete the event for Cassandra for the Intro to Home Decor - on the quest says 32/30 blueprints and 20/20 furnishings - but when I hit the quest helper (because I "completed" the quest) it didn't allow me to. So I checked the "quest helper" and it says that its 20 max blueprints and 30 furnishings are required. If I knew that I wouldn't of spent all my coins trying to get blueprints.
