Brief bug summary: Soul Resoncance only doing 1 dmg

More details: When using the skill soul resonance on bosses or mobs it only does 1 dmg

Steps to reproduce: Use soul resonance on angelic buster

Character name: ABonLink

Character level: 130

Character job: Angelic Buster

World name: Reboot
