cash shop transfer improvements

if nexon absolutely feels a need to continue to keep cash shops separate despite all these cash shop transfer events why not allow people to cash shop transfer at anytime for like 1k nx and just make the event getting it for free. honestly this should be free and all the time but if nexon just has to have a reason to fix it and wants something to gain from it charging people for cash shop transfers isn't a terrible idea for a good compromise. I just hate not being able to transfer things year round especially when the game is just awful without some form of pet
