Reboot and the commitment wedding ring concerns

The patch notes say that 100 days after your wedding you can get a new ring and upgrade it every 100 days, but the commitment ceremony costs NX in Reboot.

My question is, does this ring have stats?

If yes, wasn't the deal that reboot cash shop would have absolutely no way to obtain power in the game? While I'm sure the stats of the ring will be low, I'd rather there be no exceptions and this ring be either removed from Reboot or the commitment ceremony made purchasable with mesos, the second we allow an exception we'll be bombed with power gain in the cash shop.

EDIT: I just confirmed with someone that the ring indeed has stats, come on guys we shouldn't be having exceptions, it sets a bad precedent.

    What kind of stats? I guarantee we're not talking an NX-only superior Gollux ring or anything of that sort. In which case, making a fuss about a few allstat is really pointless and silly.
