AEDT timezone issues for in-game announcements

Not exactly a bug, but the in-game maintenance announcements have recently been making some mistakes in the AEDT time display. For example, a few weeks ago the time was displayed in AEST instead of AEDT, and today (3 Nov 22) the announcement says "11:00 PM AEDT November 4" when it should be the 3rd. This can be confusing as we can't rely on any in-game announcements and have to check the website or launcher to confirm the correct time.
