I don't know why, but this quest isn't going away from my quest lists.

I'm thinking that this is some sort of mainline story quest. However, I'm at lvl 257, already cleared Limina quest.

Is there way to get rid of this? I feel like I'm going to hit into the worst glitch in later main-line quest if this isn't cleared away.
