Beast Tamer only quest incompletable

Hello,
I'm training a level 107 beast Tame named Zenokuu and just completed the Ellin Forest theme dungeon and discovered a job only quest called 'Searching for Will power' from Neineheart.

Said quest requires completing the theme dungeon, gaining Title*Guardian of Ellin Forest then talking to Kandurune. Which I have.
Searching for Willpower requires talking to the NPCs Kanderune, Athens Peirce, Pwezen, Loho, and Yuris to collect their item called (NPC's name here) Willpower.

The problem/bug is, after completing the last Ellin Forest quest, Kandurune and Yuris DIE and disappear from all dungeon maps.
Even after leaving the dungeon and returning. Several times.

Thus rendering Searching for Will Power and all included components incompletable.

If anyone has a solution or Nexon can fix this for all us would be much happiness.
