"Show Title" in Equipment Inventory does not work

Brief bug summary:
Under Equipment Inventory, the "Show Title" option cannot be interacted with at all, preventing the user from toggling their titles on and off (visually). Note: Show Medal works as intended.

More details:
No tooltip shows when hovering over the Show Title region either (whereas Show Medal does).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a title equipped
2. open equipment inventory
3. click "show title"

Character name:
Amerrya (Bug observed on all characters)

Character level:
238

Character job:
Dawn Warrior

World name:
Reboot (NA)

Date and time of the incident:
November 24, 2022 - 12:00 EST
Note: seems to be the case since Ignition update.
