Can we add support for european keyboards?

My language, jsut like many other in europe, use umlauts (eg. ä ö å). I know that you're not able to type these into the chat, however iv'e noticed that you are able to copy and paste them into it. Would it be possible to add typing feature into the game if it already supports these characters in the chat?
