Can we have an anvil for throwing stars?

The same idea as anvil for equips and medals. An anvil for throwing stars would make lower level non-ilbis fun/useful to get again and would add variety in the stars we see beyond the normal 3.

    Yeah that sounds like a great idea since there are so many nice looking stars to anvil.
