Lost Item in Storage?!

Hello,

I just bought a pendant. Afterwards i put it in the Storage. I didn't use a shop. I switched right away.

After my relogg on my other char (for scrolling), the pendant was no longer there.

I asked my son, but he has confirmed that it is no longer there.

What happened?

This happened to my son a few days ago. This can not be.

Has this happened to anyone else?
