Today I have completed the 7 days stamp and I have claimed the growth potion ticket and I chose the 240+ level potion, when I want to use it on my character it does not allow me indicating that my character is burning and it must be 250+ to use, is it a typo or the potion is bugged, has anyone else had that error?

    Is your character a hyper burning character? If so, you can't use the potion yet.

    I believe the reason it says "must be 250" is because that is when your character will no longer be considered a "hyper burning character" - Although you would probably need to wait until the event is over anyways even if you were 250
