Misty Island Unable to Play - Error Message + Lag

When I tried to go into the tutoriial event it just tells me an error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later". QB0FH1dk

When I actually got into the tutorial the framerate drops to 1FPS.

It is unplayable at the moment.

    The lag within the event is so bad it virtually makes this event unplayable. Im unable to walk around without it looking like im walking frame by frame.
