Esfera and Moonbridge cutscene videos not playing

Since the last few weeks I could finally reach Esfera, the cutscene video at the beginning where the ship is destroyed by
Orchid
did not play and I had to go see it on youtube. Today, the cutscene video where the Empress has nightmares of the Alliance destruction didn't play either.
This would be bad for the experience of future players if any case, this may not be so serious, but for a person that cares about the lore, it is.
