Add familiar card to 260+ areas

It does not make sense that Cernium and higher area monsters do not drop familiar cards. Many players who are 270+ are still stuck in limina and making the training maps packed 24/7. Familiar system should be prioritized more, don't just do the bare minimal and not bothering improving it since it's such a impactful system in the game.
