Help with [Stellar Detectives] Quest - Tiger's Fur

I'm on the Tiger Trackers quest where it wants me to collect 5 Strange Animal Fur (known in the questline as Lingling's fur.)
In the storyline, this part takes place in Ellinia and says to check in the surrounding forest, but I've hunted mobs in every Ellinia map and can't find any.
I've googled the heck out of this question but there's only a Youtube video that skips over this part. Anyone know where to get these furs?
