Extend Clover Collection Tool sale duration

If you currently have clover collection tool effect and your collection tool is expiring past January 29th which is the end of the sale period,
then you are not able to purchase another clover collection tool for the entire duration of the event.
I personally bought my tool on January 1st and this effect will expire on February 1st meaning I won't be able to buy another tool for the whole February.
This is a big trouble and needs to be addressed.
Either give an option to purchase new set of clover collection tool while the effect is still on or extend the sale duration.
