Kaiser's skill issue? Tempest Blades: Charge

What: Kaiser's blade thing that flies out and attacks on skill activation, similar to Adele, Demon Avenger,

Issue: It says that the skill can be cast while casting other skills, but whenever I spam/hold down my main mobbing skill Blade Burst or single target dps skill Gigas Wave, and press Tempest Blades, it stops the skill I was spamming.

Description of the skill: "The skill can be cast while using other skills"

Question: Is it supposed to be like that where there is a delay or skill interruption after pressing the skill? Otherwise I'm confused by the skill description.

Suggestions: 1) buff Kaiser by making Tempest Blades: Charge automatic or 2) make it not interrupt while holding down Gigas Wave /dps or mob skill
