Neo Tokyo Chapter 2 Clear Rewards

I just completed the Neo Tokyo scenarios but never received my Chapter 2 rewards. In the Neo Tokyo event notification, I have an option to choose rewards for Chapter 1 and Chapter 3, but nothing from Chapter 2.
