Inventory Expansion Items' Usage, and Warning

I'd like Nexon to give players who bought some inventory expansion items from the Cash Shop, and who are gonna delete their characters with those inventory expansion items a warning about deleting their characters with those inventory expansion items. If they delete their characters after purchasing some inventory expansion items. Return that players' inventory expansion items saved on their account, so that they can used it for other characters on their account.
