Gigatoad boss kills not registering for quest

Brief bug summary: Killing the False Daimyo/Gigatoad/Frenzied Gigatoad in the Ninja Castle no longer gives quest completion for the quests 'Croak of Deception' (specifically 'Defeat the Great Offender') and 'Kaede Conqueror'

More details: I ran through the entirety of Ninja Castle two times, including fully killing all three stages of the final boss. However, both quests are still marked as 0/1 kills on these enemies.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Do prerequisite Ninja Castle quests to arrive at the 'Defeat the Great Offender' quest
2. Run through Ninja Castle
3. Defeat the final boss
4. Note that the quest does not become completed
