Anniv.Hair & Face are completely bs

Spent 164K(approx 50 coupons) on them and finally got hair and face(the success rate of each is 5%) I wanted.

I've witnessed many players have had the same experience.
For example, some failed epic 50% scroll 30times in a row, whereas other failed clean slate scroll 10% 90 or more times in a row.
Statistically, the success rates for Anniv.Hair & Face they post should be adjusted to less than 5%. I don't trust the probabilities ever since the probability manipulation incident.

why would anyone want to spend that much ( yes, I am such an idiot) just to get a haircut. This is ridiculous.

what are your thoughts on this stupid rng?
