Monster Park Additional Entry Ticket Bug

For some reason every time I enter Monster Park using the ticket, I don't get both the exp. reward and the prize box. Even weirder, the NPC at the end of the Monster Park says I don't have the Monster Park Additional Entry Ticket on me, which is why I can't get both the exp. reward and the prize box, even I have the ticket in the cash slot of my inventory.

Character: TheSynner
Job: Demon Slayer
Level 202
World: Reboot NA

Steps to reproduce:
1. Finish first two Monster Park runs
2. Use Monster Park Additional Entry ticket to complete a third run
3. Finish third run and NPC dialog pops up saying the Monster Park Additional Entry isn't on your character so you can't get the both exp. reward and the prize box
