Reboot "Hardcore Grinding" Toggle-Skill Option

Something that would be cool is having the option for Reboot-only to have a new beginner (neutral job 0) skill that is a toggle that basically turns all Reboot Normal Monsters into a hardcore grinding state and create Reboot's initial purpose of having really tanky mobs that hit super hard, but give way better EXP and rewards as a result.

__________________________________________________

The toggle would do this:
[By default, the toggle is turned off and the monsters are in their weakened state so that new players do not get destroyed by the monsters and offer a more chill grinding experience.]

When the toggle is turned on:

~ Reduce your damage to normal monsters to 20% final damage (80% final damage reduction) and reduce your damage cap to normal monsters to 1% final damage (99% final damage cap reduction).

~ Normal monsters will deal 100% increased final damage (2x damage) to you (if this is too high then pre-200 monsters would one shot a lot of classes).
~ Normal monsters will deal a minimum damage of the monster's level x20 plus 5% of your character's max HP (this is so that damage is always relevant for low HP classes and high HP classes like Demon Avenger and other warriors). This minimum damage applies even to Arcane River Mobs even in a state where they would deal 1 damage normally.

~ Normal monsters will grants 400% increased final EXP multiplier (5x total EXP), if you did the most damage to the mob in this state.
~ Normal monsters will grants 400% increased final item drop rate multiplier (5x total item drop rate), if you did the most damage to the mob in this state.
~ EXP and drop rate modifier does not apply for non-killers of that mob; solo-progression only mode.

~ Turning the toggle ON will place it on cooldown for 10 seconds, turning the toggle OFF will place it on cooldown for 10 seconds, these cooldowns are unaffected by cooldown reduction and cooldown reset effects. (This would be to prevent any potential abuse of the system and to get the increased EXP and drop rate, you must be in the hardcore state the entire time.)

~ These modifiers do not apply to boss monsters of any kind, so cannot turn the toggle on for a boss reward monster for a massive drop rate increase and more loot as a result.

To clarify final EXP modifiers:
If a monsters normally gives 100 EXP at base and you have a 2x EXP coupon on with Mercedes level 3 link then this would be +120% more EXP making that monster now give 220 EXP.
If you added on +400% EXP then it would give 620 EXP, but a 400% increased final EXP multiplier instead makes the monster give 1100 EXP since it multiplies all sources of EXP that you have on as well.

(This allows you to always gain 5x the mob EXP, but deal one-fifth of your usual damage, and in the end game a 10 billion HP monster would feel like a 50 billion HP monster.)

__________________________________________________

I think this would be a pretty fun option to have for Reboot for those looking for more of a challenge and want to take down super strong mobs, but still allow for more chill players that enjoy Reboot with turn off your brain and mindlessly grind weaker mobs.

I would Suggest Reboot simply remove exp modifiers and have one base exp rate that is sustainable and efficient at all levels , This may require some testing but if they put any effort into making this idea a reality we can provide logical and efficient ways to implement these changes. Change the experience rate so we dont need legion potions , MVP , and other sources of boosted exp stacking to make training in the game worth doing. Instead of Exp coupons it would be good to have 2x hours similar to Ursus which are run by GM's since we dont see many GM events on Reboot. I dont bother to play the regular servers because the servers are broken and it's not in my interest for the way I choose to play games to join a server that is dependent on RWT.
