Buff Freezer Removal

I am suggesting removal of buff freezers and boss instances allow you to maintain buffs upon deaths .

    Removal of buff freezers and pendent slot expansion coupon is in the better maple update after Saviour.
    Meaning you always have 2 pendent slots and buff freezers are infinite, permanent, and free.
