No Extra Character Slot for Khali?

Usually we get given an extra slot to make a new character upon its release.
This seems not to be the case with Khali.
Will we be getting an extra slot,possibly at tomorrows patch?
As a player with max characters , I really don't want to have to delete any of them in order to enjoy the new class.

    They did. It was upgraded to 55.

    The maximum slots you can have was increased.
    You'll still need to purchase the new character slot.
