    That is not a Unique % line. That is an Epic potential line. A typical cube is Prime, 1 rank below and 1 rank down. So equips with 3 lines of STR as a unique item in reality is Unique STR, Epic STR and Epic STR. There is a chance to roll Unique on the 2nd and 3rd lines but they are not guaranteed. So the line you moved is actually just an Epic DEF% line, not unique.
