Windows 11 Startup Issues?

I ended up wanting to reinstall and go back to Maplestory after a long time away, but ever since upgrading to Windows 11 it doesn't seem like it will operate. It hangs on a pure white screen and never finishes loading, with the only real option being to close the game.

I've tried the old regedit trick but that doesn't seem to be helping here, and neither is the recommended tip of opening Nexon Launcher as an administrator.
