This change is unfair to all players in gms new and old and needs to be removed the whole 5% carry notion is farce. it doesn't help anyone and it only hurts the community. Nexon needs to take better responsibility in tracking down RMT if that is the reason for this 5% change and track it themselves without hurting those who are not RMTing Reboot is a server that you CANNOT trade or influence any economy so why even bother doing this just ban those who RMT surely this is being implemented because you saw enough evidence of it occurring and SURELY if you have enough evidence of RMT you can track it without harming the rest of us.

Even if you want to keep the 5% change the indicator needs to be changed to reflect when 5% of bosses TOTAL HP has been done. that way we dont need to worry about our Supports losing out on drops because they get out bursted in last phases of bosses which has happened on 3 out of my last 6 CTENE runs. its NOT ok Nexon. they can do the damage to run the bosses, but if we are running with guildies and playing with friends its NOT fun to waste one of their clears just cus ur stronger. and its NOT fun for us to have to sit around for longer just waiting on damage when just a week or 2 ago we could do our normal runs and just hang out in chat and not think about it.

5% should be reduce to 3.5% for high tier content(Hard Damien and above)

5% should be remove entirely for low tier content(Normal Darknell and easier bosses)
as well as update the list if a boss is becoming outdated

    What is RMT?

I disagree with anti-hard-carry change up to normal Lotus / Damien tier (which includes allowing for hard carries for Lotus and Damien).
Anything higher than this I do think hard carries are bad for the game and people should be strong enough to be in a proper boss party to actually earn the boss rewards, but daily Gollux hard carries and carries for Princess No for secondary and Kanna Ring, Chaos Root Abyss for Fafnir, and Lotus/Damien for Absolab equipment was good for the game because it had a social aspect for an MMORPG and helps out new and inexperienced players to get going.

The bad case scenarios was getting carried for your Arcane Umbra equips and Black Mage / liberation questline because the player should have to earn these types of things for themselves.

AND if Reboot is not allowed boss carries then non-Reboot should not be allowed to have trade either to keep it fair between both world types. The server imbalance of non-Reboot getting better treatment over Reboot should not be a thing.
Do not make Reboot and non-Reboot the same, just make them equal in their own uniqueness.

Pay attention to the coloured dots and make sure everyone is good through out the fight, you wouldn't be killing that fast if it wasn't for your supports anyways so you can slow down a little bit for their damage to keep up.

Darknell is very deep into the game brah.
Remove anti-carry for everything that is NORMAL Lotus and Damien and easier.
HARD Lotus and Damien would have anti-carry and Normal Slime and above is anti-carry.

Lower the requirement from 5% to 1 or 2%.
The data that was given by the Korean team when announcing this change in KMS was that around 40% of players do less than 1% of damage. Then make the limit 1%.
Plenty of isssues spawn from this change. Players of vastly differing damage cannot play together. Supports have a larger hurdle to cross since they buff their teammates to do even more damage. The Grandis Bosses Seren, Kalos, and Kaling have a Sacred Force time gate which is now worsened because the standard deviation of damage between the party members cannot be too great or the lowest member will not get credit for drops. This forces parties to abandon their guildmates/friends who are a months behind on year-long progression of sacred force gates in order to even attempt clears.
While super rare, some players actually perform a super-burst in order to prevent people from getting the 5% credit. Basically just a griefing mechanism has been introduced into the game.

    if 1% then we're talking 18 man team(3 parties of 6)

for 6 players 3.5% is reasonnable(16,6% expected from each)(almost 5X lower dps than the big hitters at 3.5%)

let $$$$ whales play with other $$$$ whales

edit: actually if you ask me i would set it base on group size(for high tier bosses)....screw it for low tier bosses
    duo 15%
    3man 12%
    4 man 9%
    5 man 6%
    6 man 3.5%
    7 man 3.2%
    8 man 2.9%
    9 man 2.6%
    10 man 2.3%
    11 man 2.0%
    12 man 1.7%
    13 man 1.6%
    14 mans 1.5%
    15 man 1.4%
    16man 1.3%
    17man 1.2%
    18man 1.1%
