[Suggestion] Add Horntail to legion raid

Spawn Conditions:
- Legendary Legion 1 rank and above.
- Can only spawn if the player is in the raid map.
- Can be defeated once a week.

Rewards for being in the map when defeated:
- 50 Legion coins.
- Lil Horntail transformation potion (transferable within account).

Medal [x/30]
- Dedicated Horntail Slayer: Defeat Horntail 30 times through Legion Raid.

Achievement [x/50]:
- Horntail x Legion Enthusiast: defeat Horntail 50 times though Legion raid.
- Reward (claimable): Home furnishing item - Horntail themed bean bag.
