Savage Terminal - Brigand's Row map is frozen

Cosim is giving off the quest - after a quick cutscene in Savage Terminal right before entering the Brigand's Row map the game starts to lag heavily and eventually freezes until the 20min timer is completed and getting kicked to the server login screen.

Server - Aurora
Channels - all?
Job - Phantom
Lvl 264

Stops the process of getting all completion marks up to lvl 250 challenge from chapter 4 of star event.

would be nice to learn you guys aware of this problem or if anyone has a solution!
