Bug type: Cash Shop Transfer

Brief bug summary: Some items will not transfer through the cash shop transfer event even though some of them came out of an outfit package and the rest of the set transfers just fine

More details: I even have a reaper pet that won't transfer.

Steps to reproduce: I assume it is older items from around 2014-2017 that won't transfer. Some of them that is.

Character name: Khamyle

Character level: 237

Character job: Arch Mage F/P

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 12:31pm 11/8/2023 Central Time

    I had the same issue i reported it on the discord server but yea hopefully there will be another cash transfer fairly soon since it is bugged for alot of people.
