If there really is a desire to hear from players through official sources aka forums and the official Discord server, please consider updating the forums to more modern standards.

Some reasons as to why players do not use the forums is due to the outdated structure and design choices, alongside general difficulty of navigating.

This is a case of players not using the forums due to general accessibility and outdated formats, which leads to management and above not implementing any significant upgrades to the forums and potentially creating the false narrative for corporate that players are disinterested in engaging outside of the game, which leads to lack of any form of additional funding towards the forums.

It is not that players do not want to voice their thoughts, it is that the forums in their current state are not the most accessible platform for them to do so, and the alternatives available to them (Discord, Reddit, etc.) are simply more appealing.
