With the latest changes made in the level 260+ areas, why do Elite Monster and Elite Champions not appear in the Hotel Arcs area and for obvious reasons Elite Bosses do not appear?

I trained in the Hotel Arcs: Outlaw-Infested Wastes 2 area for about 2 hours and none of these types of monsters were summoned.

Is it some new rule or is something really wrong with these maps!!!

    Hi Mapler,

    The patch notes state:

    "Note: In accordance with the Instanced Sacred Power Hunting Zones event, Elite Monsters, Elite Champions, and Elite Bosses do not spawn in Sacred Power maps during the event duration. Thus, certain monsters cannot be registered to the Monster Collection when hunting on the Sacred Power maps. Thank you for your understanding!"
