Permanent Improvement for 1-200 Leveling

Something that was so much fun about Reboot was the increased HP and EXP of the monsters and fighting monsters near your level made things a lot more streamed line.

Now with that gone, one is forced to just use starforce maps to level to 200 which has a really bad feeling about this for a few reasons:
~Non-starforce maps might as well be dead maps.
~Leveling on the few starforce maps means you cannot explore the game and create your own story on the journey to level 200, Reboot monsters allowed for this to occur.
~It is a lot more intuitive for players to fight mobs near your level than way above your level, like how Reboot used to be.

Instead of relying on burning effects and leveling potions and other leveling events to get to level 200, which are needed with how many classes there are to play now and with future releases for more classes. Make the game more new and returning player friendly by improving the 1-200 experience.

1-100 reduce the overall EXP required to level by roughly ~50%.
100-200 reduce the overall EXP required to level by roughly ~20%.
200-210 reduced the overall EXP required to level by roughly ~40%; this is to help players get into that daily grind with an easier time to unlock Chu Chu (and for GMS, helps new and returning players to activate their level 3 link skills).

For every single 100-200 map make it a starforce map with the proper increased HP and EXP values.
This will allow players to be able to explore the world of MapleStory before reaching level 200 to create their story and be a lot more of an enjoyable experience for players to choose what maps they want to train on rather than being forced into very few maps since the experience is significantly worse on a non-starforce map.

In addition, when a player achieves level 100 (and for every character), they will gain a special ring with no stats on it and is a special 25 star item to function as a tutorial for starforcing and give them a jump of free stars in order to train with their newly acquired 4th job skills.
This ring will have no stats on it, every single star is 100% chance to succeed and costs no mesos to starforce, cannot be scrolled, cannot gain potential, and each star grants +1 to every stat (+25 to every stat at 25 stars).

The monsters for the level 1-200 maps (before Arcane River maps) will contain the same damage formula as Reboot used to have to encourage players to fight monsters at their level rather than try to fight monsters why higher than their level.

I want to make sure the game can grow and keep new players around and improving the very early game experience is a crucial part for this. If a player has a good first impression to the game, then they are a lot more likely to stick around for years to come.

I agree , 1-60 seems easy enough but from 60-100 theres a bit of a delay. 100-200 is not too bad but drops while getting to 200 is so low even with 50% fams. gearing up is a bit too difficult it always feels like a game of catch up.

Well because 1-60 is story exp and theme dungeons for most classes, 30-60 is theme dungeons for everyone.

100-200 leveling is fine if you go to starforce maps, but that is not very fun being forced into a few maps. If every map was a starforce map, then players can choose what map they can train on and have freedom of choice, and decide what maps are best for that class rather than follow a set path because the other options give significantly worse exp.
Also acts as a tutorial for starforcing and what is to come with arcane force maps post 200, rather than be introduced to this mechanic for 200+ gameplay alongside 5th job and dailies can be very overwhelming on players to all happen at once at 200.

Equipment issue actually is fixed with guild castle, but guilds do not have the shop unlocked yet and hyperion guilds won't have it for awhile. It will offer an extremely good equipment set for 105-200 leveling (better than pensalir).
