Brief bug summary:
The value for the Attack Speed stat in both the Stat window is inconsistent with the tooltip for the stat in the Stat window and also the equipment tooltip.

The value for the Attack Speed stat in both the Stat window is inconsistent with the tooltip for the stat in the Stat window and also the equipment tooltip.

Should either be "Stage [Value]" or "Level [Value]" and not "[Value] level" or "[Value] Stage"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Read tooltip on a weapon with attack speed.
2. Open Stat window and see Attack Speed stat.
3. Hover over Attack Speed to read tooltip info.
