Brief bug summary:
It is possible to tab over to the next job advancement tab without normally being able to access it by clicking it.

More details:
If you use the tab key with the Skill window open, you can tab over to the next job advancement window without being able to access it normally via clicking on it as its disabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Skill window.
2. Use the Tab key on your keyboard.
