Elementalism Skill Level Description Inconsistency

Brief bug summary:
The Elementalism skill level description is different if viewing the skill from your character (Kanna) versus a different character that is not a Kanna in the Link Manager window.

More details:
The Elementalism skill level says "Permanent Damage Increase: +X%" if you're viewing the skill on a Kanna character (that owns the skill) but it says "Damage: +X%" if you're viewing it from a character that does not own it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Kanna and level it up to at least 70 for the link skill.
2. Open Link Manager window on a Kanna and read your link skill description.
3. Login to a non-Kanna character and open the Link Manager window.
4. Read Kanna's link skill (Elementalism) and see the discrepancy in the level description.
