I received a special medal of honor from the wolf den or a boss, i'm not sure which. I used it, and noticed it didn't disappear. I clicked it several more times and noticed I was gaining 10k xp over and over again. (I was able to use it 14 times before dropping the item.) I submitted a ticket as well.

I'm not sure how to recreate the issue.
